2. What we collect

  • Order details: your name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, phone number (if you give it) and the products you buy.
  • Payment details: processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Messages: anything you send us through our contact form or by email.
  • Marketing preferences: your email address if you sign up to our emails.
  • Device and usage information: such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you reached our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use it and our lawful basis

  • To process, deliver and support your order, including returns and refunds (performance of a contract).
  • To answer your questions and messages (legitimate interests).
  • To send you marketing emails, only if you have opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email (consent).

We keep order and transaction records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes, normally six years. We keep marketing information until you unsubscribe, and other information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above.
